The BTG Summit is designed to be highly interactive and entirely focused on the elements that actually dictate your win rate over the long haul. You will spend two days engaged in structured peer-led problem solving and direct, collaborative sessions with Phil. The time will be spent exposing personal blind spots, analyzing execution bottlenecks, and focusing on the adjustments needed to realize your full professional potential.
You will be working alongside a hand-picked room of serious, driven players who are committed to improving not just their play, but their entire life and career - leaving you with a strong network of peers who remain in your corner long after the weekend wraps.

What is the Beyond The Game (BTG) Summit?
The BTG Summit is the live extension of Beyond The Game, Phil’s year-long coaching program for high-level players. While the annual program is currently waitlist-only, the Summit is a once-a-year opportunity for outside players to experience that same culture of high professional standards.
Our inaugural event last summer was hosted for a larger crowd at a traditional conference venue on the Strip. This year, we’ve decided to make the event more exclusive and focused, skipping the hotel ballroom entirely to host this year's workshop directly at Phil’s house in Las Vegas.
Admission
The BTG Summit is application-only to ensure a high level and cohesive room. Because the workshop is being hosted at a private residence, space is inherently limited, and we expect the remaining seats to fill quickly.

Cost: $1,999 (Full 2-Day Access)
Location: Phil Galfond’s house in Las Vegas, roughly a 15-minute Uber ride from the Strip. The exact address will be provided directly to approved applicants upon acceptance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be technical poker training or solver work at the event?
No, there won't be. This isn't a strategy seminar or a content dump of solver outputs. The Summit is entirely focused on the performance elements that actually dictate your win rate over the long haul, like building professional habits, playing your A-game under pressure, and maintaining high professional standards. If you are looking for a lecture on 3-bet ranges, this won't be a good use of your money.
I already know what my strategic and mental leaks are. What will this Summit actually change for me?
There is a massive gap between knowing what you're doing wrong and actually fixing it consistently when you're back in the daily grind. Poker is a really isolating pursuit, and when you operate in a vacuum, it's easy to let your standards quietly drift to a comfortable plateau. The Summit is about changing your environment for a couple of days. By getting into a room with an elite peer group, you get your blind spots exposed by people who see things you can't, and you leave with a concrete blueprint to bridge that gap between knowing and doing.
How do I evaluate the ROI of a two-day live event?
Whenever Phil puts his name on an event like this, his explicit goal is to give you frameworks that return the ticket price many times over throughout your career. When you look at your career trajectory, a tiny 1% or 2% increase in your overall win rate compounds massively over a year's worth of volume. If you're wagering $500k in buy-ins annually, plugging just one subtle lifestyle leak or mindset issue is worth thousands of dollars to your bottom line.

How do I get to the venue?
Phil's house is located a 15-minute Uber ride from the Las Vegas Strip. We'll share the address with selected participants closer to the event.
Are meals provided?
Lunch is provided during the Summit. After registration, you'll receive a short survey to share any food restrictions or dietary preferences.
What is the cancellation & refund policy?
All sales are final. However, if you are unable to attend due to qualifying for Day 2 or beyond in an overlapping WSOP bracelet event, we will issue a full refund. To claim your refund, please email a photo of your chip stack or tournament status to Support@joinbtg.com. While we'd love to see you at the Summit, we'll always cheer for a deep bracelet run!

Are travel and accommodations included?
Travel and hotel accommodations are not included with event registration.
What are the hours of the Summit?
While we are still finalizing the exact schedule, you can expect the workshop to run from roughly 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both days.
